First off let me start off by saying Happy Thanksgiving! Every year I have soooo much to be thankful for and this year in particular I am thankful for the many blessing marshmallows have brought to our lives. I won’t get too mushy on you guys but definitely want you to know I appreciate each and every one of you and your continued support means the world to me. I’m thankful for you!!
Now, remember the Pumpkin Spice Marshmallow Fondant DIY tutorial I posted a few weeks back? Well…. I want to show you what I ended up using it for. It was my very very first time making marshmallow fondant and using it. Can’t believe it took me this long to get familiar with it and now I love it! I had such a blast playing and experimenting with it. I am no Brittany (Edible Details), Lynlee (Lynlee’s Petite Cakes), Rachel (Fondant Flinger) or Brenda (Sugar High, Inc.) but I must say I impressed myself with my new found fondant skills haha…. I guess all those episodes I watched of Food Network Challenge and Cake Boss did pay off.
I started off by just playing around, cutting out shapes with cookie cutters, and trying to mold little 3D figurines.
