{RECIPE} QUICK AND YUMMY AFTER SCHOOL SNACK

It’s so cool to be able to develop recipes for KRAFT Tastemakers. Here’s a quick and yummy after school snack you can make for your kiddos
this year:Marshmallow Peanut Butter Cracker Sandwiches

I can’t believe it’s almost time to send my little Aiden back to school. He’s starting his second year in pre-school. Seeing him overcome his developmental obstacles, grow and enjoy learning has brought pure joy to me and my husband. I’m so thankful for his wonderful teachers and how much they have helped him blossom in just one year.

One of the highlights of my day is waiting outside for the school bus to drop him off. With a big smile, he jumps off the bus and gives me a big hug. Then he proceeds to tell me all about his day – what he ate, what he did, what he made. Once we walk in the door, it’s “mommy I’m hungry” time. I like having handy recipes for quick, easy snacks for him to enjoy. I often make him quesadillasbacon and egg burritos, sandwiches, chicken wraps, pasta salad, dips and fruit kabobs. He loves it when I make him Marshmallow Peanut Butter Cracker Sandwiches!

It’s a sweet, salty and crunchy snack that we pair with an apple and a cup of milk. Little brother is so excited to see him home again and enjoys eating these for lunch with him too. Once he gets older and his school day is longer, I’ll be sure to put these in his lunch box.
