Decorating this Valentine’s Day cake could not have been easier!

I used JET-PUFFED Jumbo HeartMallows, frosting, and sanding sugar.

I tied it all together with striped paper straws, ribbon bows, and sprinkles.

To create the scallop look, I cut Jumbo HeartMallows in half and attached them all around and on top of the cake.

I inserted marshmallows into a paper straw cut in half. I piped “XOXO” with frosting on all four marshmallows and then gently pressed them against pink sanding sugar. I tied a bow and placed them onto the top of the cake.

You can easily swap out the “XOXO” to personalize this cake for a birthday party, a baby shower, or any other occasion.

To finish off the look, decorate the cake stand with pink heart sprinkles and tied a ribbon around the base. You can also use washi tape or a cling.
