My kids LOVE painting, crafting, building stuff, baking, and… of course, decorating marshmallows. You can often see them involved in my blog posts and Instagram posts.

I keep their supplies separate from mine to make sure they don’t end up grabbing something they’re not supposed to, loosing my stuff, breaking something or even getting hurt. They have their own paints box, craft paper box, baking supplies box and now they’ll have their own sugar crafting box!

I am crazy about organization (as you may have noticed in my Studio Tour post) and I’m always looking for storage solutions to help me save space but keep things separated and organized.

I have an entrée kit. Thinking outside of food (kindda), I came up with a different use for my kit….

As I mentioned above, I like to put together separate supplies for them to use. The fasten + go kits are just absolutely perfect for this!

I put together a marshmallow pops decorating kit for the boys.

In the base container I stored the marshmallows and sticks.

In the 1-cup containers I stored the melting candy morsels and coconut flakes. Because they are microwave-safe, I was able to melt the candy right in there!

In the smaller 1/2-cup containers I put the snowflake sprinkles and the sparkly sugar crystals.
