I think after all this time working with marshmallows I’ve learned that creating large showpieces is what I like doing the most. Every holiday and special occasion I get to create something special for KRAFT Jet-Puffed marshmallows. For this piece, I used 10 different varieties of marshmallows, sugar, royal icing, and Oreo cookie crumbs.

To kick off this s’mores season I thought I’d make a scenic cake featuring a dad and and son out camping and roasting marshmallows by a bonfire.

Using edible pens, I made a gum square look like a Jet-Puffed marshmallows bag. I cut little squares of Honey Maid graham crackers and used a mini Hershey’s snack size bar. I used SweetWork’s Ovation bits to look like wood logs on the bonfire. I was happy to see the Mallow Bits were the perfect size ratio for my little characters.
