This past year has truly just flown by. It was a year and a month ago that I joined the KRAFT Jet-Puffed team as their Community Manager. I have had a blast interacting with fans, participating in behind-the-scenes work, and creating unique edible art pieces using Jet-Puffed marshmallows.

How did I get so lucky?!?! Now… another cool opportunity was recently offered to me – to become a KRAFT Tastemaker! This is such an honor to me because I get to join an amazing team of talented bloggers and recipe developers. My job as a Tastemaker is to make yummy stuff with marshmallows along with other KRAFT products. Then those recipes and creations are posted on KraftRecipes.com for you all to enjoy and recreate.

For my first post I decided to make StarMallow Strawberry Dippers. 

They are sweet, fluffy and creamy!

Summer is here! The weather is perfect for gathering with friends and family, barbequing, enjoying the variety of available fresh fruits and vegetables, roasting marshmallows for s’mores, and just having a good ol’ time.

At all of my parties and get-togethers, I like to serve food on a stick. Whether it’s a juicy chicken kabob, a refreshing fruit skewer or a sweet marshmallow pop, it’s just more fun to eat it this way. I love doing this because it allows me to creatively display the food and it’s easy for guests to grab and go. Another thing that I like serving at my events are dips. From a yummy guacamole, a hot spinach dip, a zesty salsa, or a savory sauce, it’s just fun to dip food and enjoy all the flavors combining in your mouth. Dips aren’t only for chips and bread! One of my favorite dips to make is fruit dip which pretty much goes with any fruit during any season.

For a deliciously cool summer dessert, I like to make fruit dip. It’s creamy and sweet and everyone likes it (especially my sons). These STARMALLOWS Strawberry Dippers are my boys’ favorite. They absolutely love marshmallows. When I want to make them an extra special treat, I make these. Juicy fruit, fluffy marshmallows and a creamy dip, what’s not to love?!?!

  

STARMALLOWS Strawberry Dippers

Ingredients

1 jar of JET-PUFFED Marshmallow Creme
1 package of PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese
1 tsp. of pure vanilla extract
12 JET-PUFFED STARMALLOWS Marshmallows
12 strawberries
12 6-inch lollipop sticks

Directions
MIX JET-PUFFED Marshmallow Creme, PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese and vanilla extract until well blended.

WASH and dry strawberries. Cut off green stem.

INSERT lollipop stick into JET-PUFFED STARMALLOWS Marshmallows and push marshmallow down about a 1/2-inch. Insert lollipop stick into pointy end of strawberry.

   

To make these for another season simply switch out the StarMallows for another Jet-Puffed marshmallows variety like GhostMallows, HeartMallows, PumpkinMallows and more!
