I had the absolute pleasure of attending BlogHer Food in Miami, Florida a few months ago. I had a fabulous time!
This is a recap of my adventures in Seattle a couple of weeks ago. Sure, this post is supposed to be all about the International Food & Beverage Conference but I think my adventures were more interesting.
First off…. I love this girl! Shanna from Pineapple and Coconut was my flight buddy, roomie and partner in crime. She always has the funniest things to say.
You know me, I’m a believer of the very convenient philosophies: “Better late than never” as well as “It’s better to ask for forgiveness than for permission” haha. Therefore; a few months late but here’ s my short recap of my adventures at SNAP!
I must say, it was one of the coolest conferences I have attended…. and I’ve been to many many many ranging from technology to food to design. I had a great time for lots of reasons. Keep reading and you’ll see why…
It all started with a sketch over a year ago…..
After many months of discussing and planning, KRAFT Jet-Puffed and The Marshmallow Studio would be at the International Cake Exploration Societe (ICES) convention being held in Lexington, Kentucky. It would be my first time at ICES and my first time representing JET-PUFFED at a trade event. As you can imagine, I was excited!!!
